What’s a Main Thing?
A Main Thing is one of your big goals, something you truly desire, an item on your bucket list. Whether that’s running a marathon, starting a business or learning to play a musical instrument this planner will help you achieve it.
Who is The Main Thing planner for?
The Main Thing is for successful people who want to be more successful. Successful people tend to live ‘full lives’ and as such sometimes feel that, despite being ‘busy’, they are not achieving as much as they would like to.
What time period does the Main Thing planner cover?
The Main Thing planner is a 90 days planner.
Why a 90 day planner? Why not 12-months?
By planning over a 90-day time frame, you can create accountability while giving yourself the opportunity to adapt and change course along the way if needed.The biggest problem with one-year goals is the sheer length of time. Too many things can and will happen over the course of a year and the plan, as important as it may seem on day one, will be all but forgotten by day 200. In order to plan like a CEO, use quarterly planning or 90-day plans.
I want to keep a diary as well as plan for goals - can I do that?
Absolutely! The Main Thing feature a full half page each day where you can jot down your thoughts, experiences and observations. The Main Thing provides you a separate section for daily actions in relation to your goals
Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your Main Thing planner no more than 48 hours after clicking 'buy now'!
What happens when I place an order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorised your credit card for the purchase. We will ship your planner within 1 to 24 hours from the time of your order (business days only, so orders after 6PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday morning). We will send you tracking information of your order to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
I haven't received my order, what do I do?
If you haven't received your order within 48 hours of purchase, check your email for tracking details we sent you and check with the Royal Mail - if you have the tracking details, they have your planner in their network and your local post office should be able to help. If you haven't received a tracking email from us, contact us on email@example.com or via online chat on our website and we will sort it out for you. Don't worry, we will not leave you without your planner and will do everything to resolve any issues asap!
What service do you ship with?
For all UK orders, the shipping is fast and free! We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, which aims to deliver your planner within 24 hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, and more.
What do I do if I receive a damaged planner?
Life happens, if your planner arrives to you damaged, please take photos of any damages to the packaging and the planner itself. It will help us get compensation from Royal Mail. Then contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or via live chat, send us the photos, and we will sort out a replacement for you asap.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
We proudly design our planners here in the UK and produce them in European Union, using the highest quality materials, such as munken paper and resistant cover fabric. Our printer house is also eco-aware and takes part in a sustainable printing programme.
