As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorised your credit card for the purchase.
We will ship your planner within 1 to 24 hours from the date of your order (business days only, so orders after 6PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday morning). We will send you tracking information of your order to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. For all UK orders, the shipping is fast and free! We use Royal Mail Tracked24 service, which aims to deliver your planner within 24 hours. For non-UK orders, we use various couriers, see the checkout process for details.
Please inspect the packaging of your planner when it arrives, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when accepting the delivery. If your item arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
You are welcome to contact us at to cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment card that you use when placing your order. After receiving your planner, you have 14 days to return the item - it needs to be unused and undamaged to receive a full refund.
